Requirements

• Mozilla Firefox 2.* or Mozilla Firefox 3.*
• Microsoft Windows operation system
• .NET Framework 2.0
• installed one of supported instant messengers

Extension is ready for Firefox 3!

Installation step by step

Firefox 3.*

1. Please click this link to install and when you see message Firefox prevented this site (kozlowscy.org) from asking you to install software on your computer choose Allow button.

   

2. You'll see the following window. Choose Install now button to proceed with the installation.

   

3. You should see dialog with install confirmation. Choose Restart Firefox to complete the installation.

   

4. After restart you'll see dialog with confirmation of installation.

   

Firefox 2.*

1. Please download extension.
2. Open Mozilla Firefox extension directory (for the default installation it's C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\extensions\ directory).
3. Copy downloaded trusim.xpi file to Mozilla Firefox extension directory.
4. Restart (close and open) Mozilla Firefox browser. You'll see the following window. Choose Install now button to proceed with the installation.

   

   Remember that if you are running multiple instances of Firefox, you must close all.

5. Installation verification To validate the installation, please select menu Tools | Add-ons. On the list of installed extensions you should see the position Status for Instant Messengers.

   

Update

TruSIM extension support mechanism of upgrade version.

1. Select menu Tools | Add-ons, choose Find Updates button or right-click on Truveo Status for Instant Messengers and select option Find Update

   

2. If new version is available select Install Updates ...
3. ... and Restart Firefox to complete the installation.
